Only studies utilizing professionally trained dogs handlers sessions were included. Data extracted independently by two reviewers (SS ZL), risk bias assessed using Cochrane Risk-of-Bias tool. Effect sizes (Hedges’ g) pooled individual outcomes random-effects meta-analysis. Statistical analyses, subgroup analyses examining impact duration, determine overall effect size explore moderators. Results Thirteen RCTs met inclusion criteria, involving interventions with varying durations control conditions. The meta-analysis revealed statistically significant d = -0.703 (p < 0.001), indicating moderate reduction However, heterogeneity observed (I2 71.77, p suggesting variability effectiveness. Conclusion demonstrates promise alleviating Despite methodological variations publication bias, findings suggest that may offer feasible accessible approach enhancing well-being within environments. Further are necessary examine factors influencing diversity refine integration settings.

Results exhibited acceptable levels diet ( M = 3.72) 3.63), while also presenting mild symptoms 2.25). Their average was measured 164.61 cm. Early demonstrated associations with r 0.38, p < 0.01), 0.32, −0.32, 0.01). Mental displayed correlations 0.01) −0.49, results revealed between β 0.31, 0.21, well −0.26, Furthermore, when model, both −0.35, emerged relationship health.
