Madrasah Tsanawiyah Arrukhshatul'ulum an Islamic educational institution in Indonesia is facing era of digitalization that forces every academic to adapt technological developments. This research aims explore the extent impact on work stress levels teaching staff at Arrukhshatul'ulum. uses quantitative and qualitative approaches provide a more comprehensive analysis. The population this study was all teachers Arrukhshatul'ulum, totaling 14 people, namely 10 permanent 4 contract teachers. instrument used Likert questionnaire measure by analyzing data using descriptive statistics interviews. In research, it can be concluded has had significant welfare staff, with majority (65%) reporting medium category, which indicates they are still adaptation phase demands digitalization. However, condition should not ignored, because without appropriate intervention, increase high as experienced 20% respondents. As many 80% feel do have sufficient skills use digital devices, so face difficulties carrying out their duties. addition, 70% stated digital-based administrative burdens, such filling via applications or electronic reports, were felt added pressure.
