Human

Objectives
To
explore
the
common
factors
affecting
job
intention,
focusing
on
significant
relationships.
Method
A
systematic
review
based
PRISMA
framework
has
been
conducted.
The
data
precisely
identified,
evaluated,
extracted
from
SCOPUS
database
set
benchmarks.
Result
investigation
revealed
variety
of
determinants
exhibit
correlation
with
manifesting
in
associations.
Furthermore,
these
elements
have
linked
established
motivational
theories,
suggesting
theoretical
underpinning
observed
relationships
between

behavior.

çalışmasında
edilen
veriler
istatistiksel
analiz
programı
ile
geçerlilik,
güvenilirlik,
korelasyon
analizi
aracı
etki
analizleri
yapılarak
değerlendirilmiş
yorumlanmıştır.Bulgular
–Araştırmada
işlemsel
ilişkisel
sözleşme
kaynakları
arasında
pozitif
yönlü
bir
ilişki
olduğu
tespit
edilmiştir.
Ayrıca
bağlamsal
performans
arasındaki
ilişkinin
fakat

performansı
