Di era digital, berbagai langkah strategis telah diinisiasi untuk meningkatkan resiliensi tata kelola guna menjaga stabilitas dan keamanan sistem digital dalam pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi tantangan hambatan utama penerapan strategi termasuk keterbatasan anggaran kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang terlatih. Teori digunakan penelitian adalah Resiliensi Organisasi menjelaskan kemampuan organisasi bertahan beradaptasi menghadapi perubahan eksternal. Selain itu, juga Keamanan Siber membahas pengelolaan ancaman terhadap data konteks pemerintahan. Metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam pihak-pihak terkait di pemerintahan Kota Makassar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun langkah-langkah seperti pemeliharaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi integrasi digitalisasi perencanaan jangka panjang dilakukan, koordinasi antar lembaga dukungan memadai masih menjadi kendala. Gap teori ditemukan minimnya daerah memerlukan khusus terbatas. riset terletak pada kota-kota besar Indonesia, khususnya tingkat lokal spesifik alokasi anggaran.

Purpose This paper is drawn on resource-based theory (RBV), dynamic capability (DCV) and situational strength (SST). It aims to investigate the relationship of entrepreneurial leadership (EL) project success (PS) through mediating role capabilities (DCs), big data analytic (BDAC) sustainable resilience (SR). also explores moderating effect knowledge sabotage behaviour (KSB) BDAC SR with PS. Design/methodology/approach Data was collected via Questionnaire survey convenience sampling from sample 550 employees working in software companies. Of these, 467 response deemed valid for analysis. The analysed using structural equation modelling (SEM) SMART-PLS tool. Findings study revealed a significant impact EL PS ( p < 0.05). confirmed 0.05) relationship. These findings emphasize that adapting an style provides environment conducive achieving success. Purpose Many family-owned small businesses (F-OSBs) struggled to digitalize their operations and achieve digital innovation performance during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading significant hardships setbacks. In this paper, we investigate how an agile mindset in descendant entrepreneurs promotes F-OSBs through mediating role of creative centrality fintech usage. We also examine financial literacy moderates link between innovative behaviors usage; “not-invented-here” syndrome (NIHS) association usage, ultimately impacting F-OSBs. Design/methodology/approach Primary data from 226 predecessors were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings The findings revealed that usage mediate relationship Financial does not moderate but presence NIHS predecessor entrepreneur behavior (fintech centrality) performance. Research limitations/implications This study has several limitations provide opportunities for future research. First, used cross-sectional data, which limits ability establish causal relationships variables. Nowadays, the business environment has become more dynamic, making survival issues challenging for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Academic literature proposes digital transformation as a facilitator SMEs to generate resilience antifragility overcome this challenge. However, need appropriate strategies be successful in their journey. This study aims construct strategy framework antifragility. We use systematic review (SLR) capture critical knowledge from published literature. Organizational resilience is essential to mitigate severe consequences from crises such as pandemics, geopolitical conflicts, and climate‑related disasters. Enhancing often relies on business continuity management (BCM) associated plans, which may sometimes fall short. This study introduces implements a novel Continuity Governance (CG) model an additional stage within BCM standards. The CG strengthens organizational by optimizing daily operations, minimizing the need for activating contingency ensuring smoother functioning in non‑crisis scenarios. research employs contextual analysis of model, validated through case Research Technology Organization (RTO), involving interviews questionnaires. Results demonstrate model's effectiveness mitigating incidents, with evidence its successful application participating RTO.
