Purpose This study was inspired by research of strategists on strategic innovation (SI), aiming to provide a unique model enhance the digitization small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bangladesh fill gap toward digital economy. Design/methodology/approach A survey used collect data from 180 SMEs manufacturing industry for this research. The results indicate that innovativeness human capital (HC), infrastructure technology resistance change significantly influence digitalization SMEs. This research examines the proposition that enhancing sustainable innovation can be particularly effective when focus is on strategy, machine learning, and digitalization. The study specifically targets complex interactions among strategic alignment (SA), sustainability-oriented (SOI), digital transformation (DT) within small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Saudi Arabia, service sector. A moderated mediation framework was constructed to analyze influence of SA SOI, mediating role DT, moderating effect orientation (SO). Data were collected through structured surveys from 339 SMEs using a quantitative design cross-sectional methodology. partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique employed validate proposed hypotheses. results indicate significantly boosts with DT acting as strong mediator this connection. Furthermore, SO moderates relationships between highlighting its essential shaping dynamics innovation. Purpose Integrating digital technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain make the agri-food supply chain (ASCM) transparent, resilient flexible. However, its adoption is quite complex due to various anticipated barriers. So, presented research purposes explore investigate Design/methodology/approach This study employs hybrid approach including Best-Worst Method (BWM) Graph Theoretic Approach (GTA).
