Information and Communications Technology (ICT) advancements high customer expectations are boosting the use of digital transformation tech tools in business processes a competitive environment. This trend enhances effectiveness efficiency but also introduces technostress as new workplace stress factor. Technostress, defined induced by using ICT workplace, has become increasingly prevalent modern work environments, especially sectors such banking, due to transformation. As technology intensifies, it raises concerns about potential adverse psychological physiological effects on employees, particularly relation burnout. From perspective, musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) quite common among employees who for extended periods. MSDs can play significant moderating role relationship between In this context, study aimed examine effect quantitative surveyed convenience sample 220 bank drawing COR theory, JD-R model, P-E fit approach, transactional theory.
