The article is devoted to the theoretical-scientometric analysis of role innovations in process business transformation with an emphasis on strategic planning, change management, and adaptation new market conditions. This research investigates the influence of technology readiness and ICT capabilities on marketing automation within B2B MSMEs' CRM strategies. Using quantitative methods in 105 MSMEs employing tools, study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8 software for analysis. Findings reveal that Technology Readiness significantly impacts Capability, innovation indicators holding a dominant 67.240 per cent effect. Capability positively influences automation, primarily driven by use (84.600 cent). Marketing correlates CRM, notably through message reach (65.610 turn, affects Performance, emphasising improved customer relationship quality (77.400 cent) expanded market (42.250 Notably, does not directly impact necessitating capability practical implementation management. In conclusion, enhances performance, contingent their capabilities, despite importance readiness.

This study aims to determine whether financial literacy, digital marketing, technology, and management affect the sustainability of halal MSMEs in Yogyakarta. quantitative uses primary data collection methods through online offline questionnaires.
