Wearable strain sensors hold immense promise in monitoring human motion activities due to their low cost, lightweight design, and excellent biocompatibility. For example, continuous real-time of neck activity can effectively prevent the onset acute torticollis. However, current approaches sleep posture primarily depend on technologies such as computer vision, which are characterized by limited wearability portability issues. Herein, this work introduces a cost-effective, highly sensitive carbon-based sensor fabricated fabric substrate with printing technique, is eco-friendly biocompatible. The proposed displays broad sensing range 112%, high sensitivity (gauge factor > 210), limit (~ 0.1 ‰), outstanding long-term stability over 3,000 cycles. sensor’s utilization joint motion, vocal cord activity, pulse, electrocardiogram (ECG) illustrated. Moreover, portable system for ECG signals while sleeping has been engineered, capable detecting movements during hours. composite materials design strategy combined techniques provides potential route high-performance low-cost wearable health monitoring.
