The in vitro generation of spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs) from embryonic (ESCs) offers a viable approach for addressing male infertility. Methods We performed Tissue microarray analysis (TMA) Real-Time PCR (RT-PCR) to detect expression levels LC tissues lines, respectively.
