Background The rehabilitation process for cognitive disorders is long and complex, which can lead to reduced outcomes quality improvement. Objectives To compare of with other therapies (computer-based, non- computer) in patients impairment (CI). Methods Eight bibliographic databases (PubMed, Cochran Library, Scopus, Science Direct, Web Science, Embase, ProQuest, google scholar) were used this research. initial search resulted extraction 2466 articles; after review title, abstract, full text, 19 articles selected. Quality assessment was performed using CONSORT checklist. Then, data done form set by researcher Word 2016 software. Results Overall, achieved more positive clinical effects compared improvement memory, attention, motor function) on multiple sclerosis ( n = 7), schizophrenia 6), stroke 3), Parkinson 1), mild CI acquired brain damage 1). In six studies, follow-up period some weeks 6 months has been used. Additionally, studies therapy plus intervention. Except one study, all individual training. Conclusions This provides potential CI. However, robust Randomised Controlled Trials (RCTs) are needed confirm observed effects.

Abstract Background and Aims Designing implementing telerehabilitation systems would require the identification of data elements to meet disabled people's needs. An in‐depth study on validation can help design implement successfully. Therefore, this aimed identify validate a system for speech language disorders hearing‐impaired children in Iran. Methods This descriptive cross‐sectional was conducted three steps including literature review, focused group discussion, Delphi technique implementation extract elements.
