Background: Advanced practitioner (AP) roles are becoming increasingly common in primary care and community settings for supporting older people those living with frailty. Aims: The aim of this study was to explore health social work AP the UK, understand how they support factors that may impact on APs use technology practice. Methods: A cross-sectional, web-based survey adopted views perspectives APs. Results: received 111 responses. There were different as whether suitable people. Although digital exclusion a concern, it perceived would change future generations become more digitally literate. Respondents suggested using brought about efficiencies ability respond sooner symptom changes, some concerns mentioned regarding accuracy miss signs symptoms. Conclusion: This is first national advanced practice non-hospital settings. While have wide-ranging skills, few their Findings will inform enhanced comprehensive geriatric assessments.
