ABSTRACT The Clock Drawing Test (CDT) is a widely used tool for dementia screening, assessing executive functions by drawing an analog clock. With the rise of smartphones, many individuals have transitioned from their traditional watches to checking hours digitally. This raises questions about whether difficulties in CDT performance are linked cognitive decline or lack familiarity with clocks. A potential number studies using may reflect concerns regarding this issue. Validity and reliability of a digital solution for cognitive assessment: The Brain on Track®

Background Cognitive assessment and the early detection of cognitive impairments have been enhanced by use remote digital solutions. The Brain on Track® is one these solutions used in clinical practice for online screening monitoring functioning. Objectives This study aimed to explore validity reliability computerized test a tablet device adults. Methods A community sample 54 young adults, 51 middle-aged 50 older adults were invited attend two sessions. first session included data collection sociodemographic data, user literacy, computer device, usability from moderator perspective. second Montreal Assessment Questionnaire (MoCA) completion assess criterion test–retest reliability. Hypothesis testing was construct validity. Results weak moderate correlation found between score MoCA. ICC 0.72, 0.84, 0.79, Cronbach's alpha 0.83, 0.89 respectively. Conclusions suggested that administered using has validity, particularly internal consistency any age group.
