Microturbellarian
flatworms

their

are

known.

flatworms,

abundant

key
components
of
aquatic
habitats.
They
play
vital
roles
in
food
webs
contribute

ecosystem
health.
However,
our
understanding
their
diversity
remains
limited,
even
from
comparably
well-studied
regions

this
work,
we
summarise
the
available
records
on
turbellarians
Hamburg,
Germany,
provide
new

material
obtained
during
exploratory
collecting,

species
