Abstract Multiple myeloma (MM) is a hematological malignancy defined by the abnormal proliferation and accumulation of plasma cells (PC) within bone marrow (BM). While multiple impacts bone, it not classified as primary cancer. The microenvironment significantly influences progression its treatment response. Abstract Burn wound healing presents several challenges, including impaired collagen synthesis, delayed closure, and disrupted inflammatory responses. This study investigates the potential of a novel UV‐crosslinked hydrogel made chitosan (CS)/poly(β‐amino ester) (PβAE) Centella Asiatica extract (CA) for second‐degree burn treatment. Among various formulations, monomer ratio 1.5:1 5 wt% 2,2‐dimethoxy‐2‐phenyl‐acetophenone DMPA crosslinker concentration were found optimal. The achieved ~74% controlled release CA over 72 h showed significant enhancement in fibroblast viability (123.66 ± 9% at days). Scratch assay demonstrated ~99.5% closure within 24 h. Collagen type I expression was increased by ~1.7‐fold compared with control. Additionally, exhibited remarkable anti‐inflammatory properties, effectively modulating response. It significantly reduced pro‐inflammatory markers such as IL‐6 TNF‐α while simultaneously enhancing levels cytokines, IL‐10 TGF‐β. dual action not only mitigates inflammation but also fosters regenerative environment, further supporting process promoting tissue recovery. antibacterial properties inhibition zones ~19.1 mm E. coli ~12.4 S. aureus .
