Emerging economies like Poland experienced a sharp increase in the construction sector while war-ravaged Ukraine required urgency to reconstruct their nation, and developing nations Nigeria had high demand for housing meet teeming populations. Considering growth rate activities these nations, volume of demolition waste (CDW) will be on rise. Hence, this study compares various legislative frameworks regarding management (CDWM) three by focusing policy enforcement, stakeholder involvement, infrastructure, innovation. The results show has basic framework with different implementation infrastructural challenges.
