Background: Because of its geographical location, the Philippines is vulnerable to effects climate change and almost all types natural hazards such as typhoons, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions.Cancer one leading causes death in major public health concerns.Little known about how affects cancer services Philippines.As biggest workforce most institutions, having awareness knowledge disaster preparedness management among nurses can help reducing devastating disasters on services.Thus, it important understand Filipino nurses' experiences perception impact healthcare delivery care Philippines.Aim: This study explored Philippines.Methods: a descriptive qualitative exploratory study.Participants were recruited using snowballing technique completed an online survey.Forty-six who working Luzon, at time data collection included analysis.Data analysed thematic analysis.Findings: Three themes identified, namely: (1) causing disruption delay provision patient care, (2) deep sense duty, (3) perceived patients with cancer. Conclusion:Our findings contribute existing literature that focuses change-related events typhoons floods nursing staff.Several areas are also impacted, particularly delays treatment chemotherapy.Despite challenges, our demonstrated commitment carrying out their roles.

The study discussed the telemedicine trends in Philippines during COVID-19 pandemic from 2019 to 2023. Determining frequency of use telemedicine, factors that influenced its before and pandemic, effects improving healthcare system Philippines. A systematic review was conducted using thematic analysis PRISMA checklist. results presented a pattern indicating teleconsultation usage corresponded increased cases. Furthermore, utilization surged March 2020 2022, with video consultations increasing 5 495 monthly visits between 2022. concluded it driven by mobile phone usage, improved patient satisfaction, government support, consultations, offering alternative delivery. Telehealth services are essential optional tools for therapy and potential strategies in providing healthcare regardless of the patient-doctor face to meeting. Hence, this study determined perceived effectiveness telehealth terms patient receiving care, collaborative intervention, nurturing patients, cost as assessed by adult outpatients with needs private clinics Bacolod City, Philippines relative sex, age, case. Also, it identified their challenges availing services. Likewise, investigated difference services’ when grouped demographics. Using descriptive-comparative design, a validated reliability tested questionnaire was responded 158 patients. In analysis, utilized mean, standard deviation, percentage distribution, rank, Mann Whitney U test. Meanwhile, researcher adhered Philippine Health Research Ethics Board. Generally, rated very high. All areas were also scored high along all they mostly challenged virtually poor internet connectivity, lessening proper evaluation, hindering quality assessment. Inferentially, there no findings imply continuous utilization effectively patients healthcare.

Telemedicine is a service that provides remote clinical services by utilizing telecommunication services.It aims to provide medical care access patients regardless of geographic challenges.The use telemedicine in the Philippines was underutilized not until occurrence Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.Improving quality can help Filipinos improve their life using such services.With (SERVQUAL) framework identify factors affecting satisfaction patients, online survey questionnaires via Google Forms were disseminated through different reliable and open platforms gather data, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) evaluate analyze key indicators.Based on result this study, consider assurance as indicator telemedicine, with priority rating (37.2%).This followed reliability (27.1%), empathy (17.6%), responsiveness (12.7%), tangibility (5.4%).It also be inferred among two (2) sub-criteria under assurance, competency affects perception its quality.Furthermore, applying skills training for physicians further patient satisfaction.
