Over the next three decades, it is anticipated that China’s aging population will propel steady growth in elderly healthcare and senior care technologies. With its broad consumer base, long industrial chain, variety of needs, silver economy provide digital sector with a lot prospects enhance well-being while also promoting sustainable development socio-economic environment. Research on services for gaining traction era, although thorough studies this area are still very uncommon. Therefore, order to investigate potential future trends from perspective economy, research uses visualization tool CiteSpace6.3.R1 perform descriptive statistics, clustering analysis, co-occurrence analysis 639 relevant papers. The findings indicate field began later than other nations, offers distinct benefits enormous potential. Due irreversibility aging, health management context likely become focal point society research. Background Let's Talk Tech (LTT) is a self-administered web intervention for people with memory loss and their care partners that supports decision-making about digital health technologies. Mobile payment, as a new form of transactional payment method, has garnered attention from users. However, few studies have discussed the mobile behavior elderly. Our research aims to explore influencing factors on elderly's intention use payments. This established and empirically validated acceptance model for Structural equation modeling was employed analyze data 316 elderly participants. The results indicate that perceived ease directly affects usefulness. is positive influenced by usefulness use. Furthermore, information quality service influence trust. Background: As the elderly population rapidly grows, age-related health issues are increasing. Telemedicine helps older adults adapt by providing efficient and accessible management medical services. Objectives: This study employs bibliometric analysis to examine research focus areas, emerging trends, collaboration networks in telemedicine for over past three decades. Methods: The Web of Science Core Collection served as primary data source publications on since database’s inception through June 2024. Using CiteSpace.6.2.R4 software, keyword network visualizations were generated, including clusters, co-authors, co-citations. Results: analyzed 586 papers from 252 countries or regions, which published across 246 journals written 2750 authors. Conclusions: revealed directions encompassing 42 clusters: (1) literacy technology adaptation; (2) management; (3) social interaction economic impact. Research hotspots include fitness, mobile health, acceptance, telemedicine, care, literacy. Despite potential benefit challenges persist areas such usability, effectiveness, service quality, privacy concerns. review provides a comprehensive overview current highlights trends field.
