Health care for transgender veterans in the United States (U.S.) Veterans Administration (VHA) is relatively new and active duty service members (ADSMs) military quite recent. The study aims to systematically extract and analyse data about Quality of Life (QoL) in the transgender population. A systematic literature search meta-analysis were conducted using MEDLINE, EMBASE, PubMed, PsycINFO databases, up July 2017. Only English language quantitative studies, adults, which reported means for validated QoL measures included. Random-effect was adopted pool estimate 95% Confidence Intervals (CI). This study aims to (a) examine the direct and indirect effects internalized heterosexism, disclosure of gender identity, perceived general stress in association with depression among transgender older adults; (b) assess relative contribution each relationship. Secondary analyses data from a large community-based sexual minorities were conducted utilizing structural equation modeling subsample (n = 174) adults aged 50 86-years old. The relaxation of discriminatory policies against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) service personnel has led to increased diversity among military populations. Given this increase, it is important assess sexual gender minority groups' health well-being in the context service. This narrative review assessed these outcomes LGBTQ personnel. electronic databases OVID Medline, PsycInfo, Embase were searched for papers published between January 2000 July 2018. Thirty included. In line with life course model, studies aligned four themes: (1) mental well-being; (2) stigma healthcare utilization; (3) trauma; (4) physical health. These themes highlighted that veterans have poorer report more barriers healthcare, which reduces uptake accessed services; experience than heterosexual veterans. Objective: To examine health and identity differences between older (50+) younger (< 50) lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) veterans.Methods: Participants (N = 254) completed an internet survey assessing depression, anxiety, alcohol use, identity, minority stress, outness. Pessoas transgênero experimentam disparidades na saúde mental quando comparadas população em geral, estudos apontam que esse comportamento possa impactar no bem-estar dessa população. No entanto, pouco se sabe sobre como o estigma social é vivenciado ao longo da vida. Objetivo: Evidenciar os efeitos do estresse de minoria vida transgênero. Método: Trata-se uma revisão integrativa literatura seguiu a estratégia PICO para identificar fatores associados gênero. A busca dos artigos foi realizada três bases dados eletrônicas: Medline, Lilacs e Scielo. Foram utilizados descritores “Minorias Sexuais Gênero”, “Pessoas Transgênero”, “Estigma Social”, “Saúde Mental”, com textos completos, publicados período 2011 2021, idioma inglês, português espanhol usado operador booleano AND. Resultado: encontrados 157 artigos. Trinta cinco foram selecionados serem lidos íntegra 15 atenderam aos critérios desta revisão. Conclusão: As evidências mostram apresenta maior risco transtornos mentais, entre eles ansiedade, comparada heterossexuais. O aparecimento sinais sintomas ansiedade estão relacionados vergonha evitativo devido à forte discriminação ausência apoio familiar, ocasiona altos níveis angústia.
