This study explores the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of Stevia rebaudiana aqueous leaf extract in alloxan-induced diabetic male Wistar rats. Thirty rats, comprising six normoglycemic controls (NC) twenty-four rats were used. The divided into four groups (n = 6 each): DC, administered distilled water; DGL, treated with glibenclamide; DSR100 DSR200, 100 200 mg/kg S. extract, respectively. Treatments daily via gavage for 15 days. After days, animals fasted overnight, euthanized by cervical dislocation, blood samples collected serum analyses. Body weight, liver fasting glucose (FBG), malondialdehyde (MDA) level monitored. Antioxidant enzyme activitiessuperoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx)were also measured, alongside levels pro-inflammatory cytokines interleukin-1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor- (TNF-), cytokine interleukin-10 (IL-10). findings revealed that significantly reduced MDA enhanced activities enzymes (SOD, CAT, GPx) Significant (p<0.05) improvements FBG, liver-to-body weight ratio, profiles observed DSR200 compared DC. Specifically, decreased IL-1 TNF- while elevating IL-10 level. These dose-dependent, dose showing most pronounced benefits. To evaluate the roles of oxidative balance score (OBS) in staging and mortality risk cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome (CKM). Gastric cancer (GC) is a common malignant tumor worldwide, characterized by complex biological processes. The distribution of various cell types and gene expression profiles in the GC microenvironment remains unclear. This study uses single-cell RNA sequencing to explore patterns identify differentially expressed genes samples, offering new insights into cellular diversity potential molecular mechanisms.
