Abstract There is growing recognition that urban trees play a vital role in human wellbeing. Singapore, as “City Garden”, provides an interesting case study to examine and sound attenuation mobility. Using innovative modelling spatial data, we examined the placement of effects their canopies on noise levels high rise buildings. We found tree multiple layers vegetation deliver between 1 3 db attenuation. This also improved shading. Mobility shows Singaporeans fondness for greenspace continues. Top reasons park visits includ nature reserves, neighbourhood parks tourist attractions. Our integration remote sensing, ecology, social science critical importance more fully understanding interconnection greenspace, These insights can enhance decision-making processes, underscoring value holistic approaches sustainable development.

Summary A variety of body surfaces, such as skin and mucosal membranes—from the nasopharyngeal area to lungs, uterus, vaginal area, digestive tract—contain complex microbial ecosystems that are tailored specifics respective niche [1]. The so-called dysbiosis—a disadvantageous change in composition microbiome—is associated with pathogenesis a diseases [2]. Gastrointestinal well cardiovascular, metabolic, neurodegenerative, psychological, oncological, also allergic have been linked dysbiosis. Susceptibility allergies can be due genetic predisposition; addition, extrinsic factors from today’s lifestyle increasingly contribute microbiome changes, but disruption barrier thus development [3]. Gisela, fictional farmer, guides us through this review. She is representative adults children all genders industrialized countries. During her daily routine, influenced by exogenous factors. These include everyday personal hygiene products, detergents for laundry dishes, food, medication, animal contact, exposure various outdoor environments. Gisela’s routine will illustrate how human modified positive or negative ways, could influence allergies. Furthermore, potential measures prevention management dysbiosis discussed terms examples alternative products behaviors.
