This review explores organ transplantation, spanning historical developments, psychosocial impacts, and future directions. In the pre-transplantation phase, evaluations of factors, including substance use, mental health, social support, are essential for successful outcomes. Design Cross‐sectional study. Methods included 215 Chinese patients who returned outpatient department transplantation between June 2023 March 2024. Data were collected via general demographic questionnaire, questionnaire for recipients, chronic disease resource Connor–Davidson scale patients. Correlation analysis equation modelling utilised analyse relationships among literacy, ability. Results The final showed good fit ( χ 2 /df = 1.690, GFI 0.919, IFI 0.951, TLI 0.938, CFI 0.950 RMSEA 0.057). direct effect coefficient support on ability is 0.293. indirect value relationship was 0.312, whereas this context 0.096. Furthermore, chain‐mediating involving both 0.109. Purpose: To explore the mechanism of social support and fear progression (FoP) in renal transplant recipients (RTRs) self-perceived burden that acts as a mediator between FoP. Patients Methods: Sociodemographic clinical characteristics, Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), Self-Perceived Burden (SPBS), Fear Progression-Questionnaire-Short Form (FoP-Q-SF) were used. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to examine mediating role burden. Results: Our results showed negatively related ( r = − 0.28, p < 0.001) FoP 0.37, 0.001). Moreover, we determined positively 0.58, indirect effect on via significant (β 0.172, 95% CI: 0.253, 0.097), with value 36.9%. Conclusion: The RTRs is concern. Higher lower can reduce risk Healthcare professionals (HCPs) should assist correctly evaluating an individual's system, helping them optimize development Keywords: support, burden, progression, transplantation

Abstract One of the criteria used by many transplant centers in assessing psychosocial eligibility for solid organ transplantation is social support. Yet, support a highly controversial requirement that has generated ongoing debate between ethicists and clinicians who favor its consideration (i.e., utility maximizers) those object to use on equity grounds maximizers). The assumption underlying both these approaches not commodity can be purchased marketplace. This essay argues reconceptualization as product can—and should—be candidates render them eligible transplant.
