ABSTRACT Aim This scoping review aims to explore the existing research on impact of authentic leadership nurses' innovative behaviours. Data Sources The following databases were searched (from 2013 2023): PubMed, Cumulative Index Nursing and Allied Health Literature, Cochrane Library, Embase, Scopus, APA Psych Info, Educational Resources Information Centre, ABI Inform. Review Methods Search results exported into Covidence software assist with selection assessment retrieved studies. Studies included that specifically examined relationship between behaviour among nurses working in healthcare settings. Results 12 papers remained for full‐text after title abstract screening. Four studies met inclusion criteria final analysis. Using Crowe Critical Appraisal Tool two reviewers independently evaluated these four Findings revealed affects innovation creativity various settings cultural contexts. It also highlighted mediating factors such as increased engagement knowledge sharing. Resilience technological infrastructure identified additional affect support this influence development enaction Conclusions Authentic was found contribute nursing behaviours have important implications best practices outcomes. Abstract Aim This study aims to explore the relationship between collaborative leadership and nurses' productive work performance as well mediating role of innovative behavior in this relationship. Background Collaborative is an imperative necessity contemporary turbulent healthcare environment it provides a atmosphere where nurses are fostered, hence moving organizations toward competitiveness sustainability. Method A cross‐sectional descriptive correlational exploratory research design was used conduct study. Data were collected from 550 recruited three large university hospitals Alexandria, Egypt, using instruments, namely, interprofessional teams scale, questionnaire, inventory. The instruments Likert‐type questionnaires through which perspectives regarding variables investigated. We statistics, inferential statistics structured equation modeling (SEM). Results SEM revealed that accounted for 83% variance individual 77% nurses’ behavior. Moreover, partially mediates their performance. Conclusion practices powerful strategies enhance sustain Implications nursing health policy Fostering workplace mandatory innovativeness. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sintesis menyeluruh tentang keadaan terkini dalam subjek dengan meninjau literatur secara metodis mengidentifikasi filosofi kepemimpinan penting yang memengaruhi kreativitas karyawan. Prosedur PRISMA diadopsi melakukan tinjauan sistematis (SLR). Untuk menemukan makalah peer-review relevan dirilis antara tahun 1995 dan 2023, studi pencarian dari basis data ilmiah, termasuk Sciencedirect, Emerald, MDI. Fase pengakuan, penyaringan, penilaian kualifikasi, inklusi semuanya merupakan bagian proses seleksi. pola koneksi berulang, diambil dipilih menjadi sasaran tema analisis pengkodean. Temuan tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa gaya transformasional partisipatif adalah paling berpengaruh membina IWB Faktor-faktor utama berkontribusi terhadap hubungan meliputi dukungan pemimpin, motivasi, budaya organisasi mendorong pengambilan risiko berbagi pengetahuan. Selain itu, transaksional ditemukan memiliki dampak beragam tergantung pada konteks tingkat otonomi mengungkap perilaku kerja karyawan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan, manfaat menguntungkan. Dengan perspektif ke kebijakan inisiatif pengembangan ditujukan menghasilkan inovasi, penelitian memajukan teori praktik. Efek moderasi faktor-faktor khusus industri harus diselidiki mendatang. menggunakan pendekatan ketat, mengisi kesenjangan meletakkan dasar empiris di masa mendatang menawarkan kaitannya inovasi kepemimpinan.

In the modern era of fourth industrial revolution, where collaborative systems are real innovation, people still not prepared for results third namely, artificial intelligence readiness (AIR). Hence, didn’t have enough time to adapt change. This paper aimed explore impact resistance change on and also explores mediating role task-oriented leadership, moderating high-performance work system. The study employs a quantitative research design collects data 450 working employees from hospitality sector Pakistan. SmartPLS is used analyze structural equation modeling (SEM) through mixed-methods approach. findings consistent with proposed hypotheses that has positively impacts RI leadership. Furthermore, elaborate mediation leadership between latent constructs system concluded should focus developing overcome increase its AI readiness.
