Background: The attractiveness of the central area (the so-called mid-face or middle third) has a strong impact on observer, and treatment aging in this is therefore considered key component facial rejuvenation. A standardized photographic three-dimensional analysis was conducted observational study to determine outcome volumetric restoration procedures with HA injection, providing an objective, repetitive, reliable evaluation rejuvenation technique. Methods: In total, 47 patients were treated two types HA-based dermal fillers, calibrated, stereoscopic images face taken volume reconstruction software performed before (t0), 45 days after implantation (t1), at check-up end follow-up (t2). Results: 39 out completed study, which showed overall 4.46 ± 1.34 mL (t0–t1) implantation, maintaining value 1.23 0.68 318-day (t0–t2). Conclusions: results indicate that mid-facial region through filler leads indirect effect clinically more significant than actual injected equally long-lasting.
