<p>Our actions and decisions in everyday life are heavily influenced by social interactions, which dynamic feedback loops involving actions, reactions, internal cognitive processes between individual agents. Social interactions induce interpersonal synchrony, occurs at different biobehavioral levels comprises behavioral, physiological, neurological activities. Hyperscanning—a neuroimaging technique that simultaneously measures the activity of multiple brain regions—has provided a powerful second-person neuroscience tool for investigating phase alignment neural during interactive behavior. Neural synchronization, revealed hyperscanning, is phenomenon called inter-brain synchrony- process purportedly facilitates prompting appropriate anticipation responses to each other's behaviors ongoing shared interactions. In this review, I explored therapeutic dual-brain approach using noninvasive stimulation target synchrony based on modulate interaction. Artificially inducing brains potential adjunct physiotherapy, psychotherapy, pain treatment- strongly interaction therapist patient. Dual-brain approaches personalize parameters must consider temporal, spatial, oscillatory factors. Multiple data fusion analysis, assessment plasticity, closed-loop system, brain-to-brain interface can support personalized stimulation.</p>

Social decision-making requires the ability to balance both interests of self and others survive in social environments. Empathy is essential regulation this type interaction, it often sustains relevant prosocial behaviors such as altruism helping behavior. In last decade, our capacity assess affective empathy-like rodents has expanded understanding neurobiological substrates that underly processes behaviors. Within context, oxytocinergic transmission profoundly implicated modulating some major components decision-making. Thus, review will present evidence association between oxytocin nonhuman animals. Then, we dissect involvement transmission-across different brain regions pathways-in key elements emotional discrimination, recognition, contagion, dominance, memory. Evidence modulatory role on raised considerable interest its clinical relevance, therefore also discuss controversial findings intranasal administration.
