We report the complete genome sequences of eight Fusobacterium watanabei clinical isolates, ranging from 1.95 to 2.09 Mbp. Analysis against Genome Taxonomy Database (GTDB) indicates that genomes are part " nucleatum_J group, which also encompasses previously published FNU strain and Fna C1 isolates.
