The objective was to study which psychological factors were more associated with burnout and depression in COVID-19 healthcare workers two years after pandemic onset. Between May 4 June 17, 2022, 114 employees at a Romanian frontline Infectious Diseases Hospital, completed the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), Copenhagen (CBI), Karasek Job Questionnaire (KJQ). Descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis done. Moderate severe found 30.6% of respondents, medium high total 56.1%, personal (CBI-PB) 45.6%, work-related (CBI-WRB) client-related (CBI-CRB) 44.7% 22.8%, respectively. Regarding job variables, 30.7% expressed excessive demands, 82.5% claimed low control, 27.2% reported social support. We highlight correlation between emotional exhaustion (MEE) (rho=.958, p<.001), MEE (rho=.885, p<.001). Furthermore, analyses showed that significant predictors for CBI-PB/CBI-WRB (p<.001) suggesting overlapping interference. Personal achievement reduction predictor (p<.05) not emphasizing its importance depression. Our findings may help distinguish handle them effectively.

Abstract Background: The COVID-19 pandemic brought about sudden changes in healthcare demands, necessitating additional professionals and altering the educational landscape for medical nursing residents. This study aimed to explore experiences impact of on training family community medicine as well Method : A participatory qualitative was conducted using Photovoice methodology. Seven residents Madrid region were purposively sampled. Participants took photographs engaged weekly sessions over five weeks discuss analyse their photos, which grouped into themes further categorized. Recommendations institutions program leaders developed an adapted logical framework approach. Results: average age 27 years, with 86% being female. captured 96 categorized (physical emotional impact; primary care system; hospital ; social environmental training). Through critical discussions training-related seven emergent identified: 1) monograph, buried knowledge; 2) Changing roles 3) Transition from face-to-face online delivery format 4) Supervision; 5) Tutor educator caregiver 6) Advocacy 7) Family agents change. Subsequently, participants formulated recommendations that should be considered similar situations. Conclusion has posed significant challenges implementing education programs. It had both formative professional impacts These findings can aid designing coping strategies navigate exceptional situations such one experienced during pandemic.
