We present a genome assembly from an individual female Bombus pascuorum (the Common Carder Bee; Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Apidae). The sequence is 307.5 megabases in span. Most of the scaffolded into 17 chromosomal pseudomolecules. mitochondrial has also been assembled and 21.9 kilobases length. Gene annotation this on Ensembl identified 12,999 protein coding genes.

Abstract Host-parasite interactions exert strong selection pressures on the genomes of both host and parasite.
