Abstract Extracellular vesicles (EVs) and non-vesicular extracellular particles (NVEPs) have been recently discovered as part of the diverse components secretome. EVs NVEPs shown to differ not only in size morphology but also their cargo biological functions. are a newly group multimolecular assemblies with potential roles physiological pathological states. However, very little is known about this new class particles. Here, for first time, we present method simultaneously isolating characterizing from primary mouse tissues.
