SAYP and Bap170, subunits of the SWI/SNF remodeling complex, have ability to support enhancer-dependent transcription when artificially recruited promoter on a transgene. We found that phenomenon critically depends two Mediator kinase module, Med12 Med13 but does not require other module (Cdk8 CycC) or core part complex. A cooperation above proteins in active was also observed at endogenous loci, contribution activity particular gene differed different loci.
