We show how to robustly violate local realism within the weak$-$field homodyne measurement scheme for any superposition of one photon with vacuum. Our setup involves tunable beamsplitters at stations, and oscillator fields significantly varying between settings. A semi-device-independent framework for prepare-and-measure experiments is introduced in which an experimenter can tune the degree of distrust performance quantum devices. In this framework, a receiver operates uncharacterized measurement device and sender preparation that emits states with bounded fidelity respect to set target states. High-dimensional systems are an important frontier for photonic quantum correlation experiments. Quantum communication is often investigated in scenarios where only the dimension of Hilbert space known. However, assigning a precise an approximation what actually higher-dimensional process.
