Purpose: This article aims to identify CSR activities undertaken by companies during Covid-19 in terms of environmental, social, and economic dimensions as well the responsibility toward employees customers, using a “systematic literature review method” order outline perceived challenges companies’ organizational practices. El objetivo del presente estudio consiste en analizar comparativamente la influencia altruismo, motivación intrínseca, y extrínseca como motivadores el comportamiento sostenible de hombres mujeres empresarios México.
