Purpose This study illustrates the conceptual framework that expands knowledge of fundamental components describe how AI-driven servant leadership (SEL) influences job resources (JR), work engagement (WE) and performance (JP) tourism hospitality employees. Design/methodology/approach The empirical was conducted on a sample 953 international employees who were selected via purposive snowball sampling approach in cross-sectional survey. analysis performed using partial least square-structural equation modeling. Findings results this confirmed positive impact SEL employee JR with boundary conditions SEL. Practical implications finding assists practitioners understanding near future, AI will have major effect nature work, including styles. Hence, holds both (through direct JR) negative (via conditions) impacts employees’ JP ultimately organizational success. Accordingly, managers should employ to increase JR, once achieve high WE, they constrict their influence between WE JP. Originality/value offers novel original model advances social theory, theory demands-resources (JD-R) by synthesizing, applying generalizing gained methodical way.
