Purpose This study aims to investigate how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted growth of FinTech within Jordanian context. Specifically, it examines antecedent factors influencing users’ intentions adopt and use services during this unprecedented period. Design/methodology/approach A quantitative research method approach with partial least squares-structural equation modelling was used test proposed model. Findings The results structural path revealed that drivers behavioural are perceived usefulness, self-efficacy, vulnerability, subjective norms, severity, certainty resistance these explain 79.5% variance intention. Research limitations/implications identifies key for acceptance in Jordan, offering actionable insights policymakers service providers. Building user trust technology (security, effectiveness transparency) is crucial, alongside leveraging social influence (testimonials, endorsements) boosting awareness/knowledge through campaigns educational initiatives. study’s generalizability limited by its sample, drawn from three regions dominated potential users. Comparing actual perceptions, including users diverse contexts (e.g. other developing countries), could address this. In addition, using qualitative methods exploring indirect relationships (mediating/moderating) would provide richer into Jordan. Purpose This study aims to identify the factors influencing blockchain adoption and assess its impact on financial market performance of small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Oman, utilizing Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) framework. Design/methodology/approach The nature is explanatory based data gathered from 282 SME owners managers/employees using a convenience sampling method. After examining construct validity reliability, Partial Least Squares with Structural Equation Modelling was used examine proposed model study. Findings results indicate that all determinants, including Cost Concerns, Top Management Support, Relative Advantage, Technology Compatibility, Security Concerns Technological Readiness are significant load-on drivers for adoption. However, Government Policy Vendor Support were deemed insignificant contributors Moreover, has favourable effect both as well performance. Practical implications finds there great possibility technology transforming SMEs Oman by boosting security, transparency efficiency processes. supports Vision 2040 towards advancing technology, economic development job creation. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) on implementation merit criteria in employment senior bureaucratic officials Egypt. Design/methodology/approach To fulfill paper, quantitative methodology used, based a sample 302 Egypt obtain data. Findings found that use AI has improved candidate’s experience, through superior screening compared traditional recruitment. According participants’ perceptions, they recognized benefits employment, but doubted fairness selection, with possibility coders deliberately inserting their biases into AI’s algorithms. Research limitations/implications limitation focus public sector, within Egyptian context. Purpose This study examines how Polish family businesses adopt sustainable practices amid economic and political turbulence, assessing their balance between ecological responsibility business resilience under regulatory stakeholder pressures. Design/methodology/approach The research is based on a quantitative survey of businesses. It employs two-dimensional framework categorizing firms by environmental sensitivity, incorporating industry-specific impacts EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) regulations. Findings findings show 72% have adopted green strategies invested in renewable energy recycling. Family differed management procedures, operating relations with stakeholders the area transformation depending level exposure to pollution risk. ABSTRACT Grounded in the resource‐based view and dynamic capabilities theory, this study investigates interplay between organizational readiness (OR), green knowledge management (GKM) environmental culture (EOC) fostering innovation (GI). This uses data collected from 340 respondents across 159 UAE SMEs employs a quantitative approach using partial least squares structural equation modeling moderated mediation analysis. The findings revealed that OR significantly influenced both radical incremental GI. Additionally, GKM mediates relationship GI types.
