Purpose This study aims to analyze the end-to-end management of complex processes by focusing on process efficiency, data utilization and automation potential optimize value addition business outcomes. Toward the successful adoption of Lean Six Sigma in manufacturing organizations: proposing a causal model

Purpose This paper aims to provide new and valuable insights for organizations that have decided implement Lean Six Sigma (LSS) as a strategy continuous improvement in search of business excellence. objective is achieved through statistically modeling the causal relationships between critical success factors (CSFs) LSS successful deployment this strategy. Design/methodology/approach A validated questionnaire was used collect information from practitioners manufacturing industries located on Mexico’s northern border. Some hypotheses CSFs are developed theoretically first empirically tested later using structural equation technique.
