Abstract Our comprehensive analysis delves into the viability of incorporating circular economy (CE) principles to effectively address Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)‐12 (“Responsible Consumption and Production”), with a focus on minimising food waste loss (FWL) lessening environmental harm. The study relied existing literature from various organisations, including United Nations, Food Agriculture Organisation, World Resources Institute, among others, collect data. This reveals that in 2019, over 931 million tonnes squandering was produced global scale, households, service industry, retail establishments account for 61, 26, 13 per cent, respectively. finds contributes significantly damage, causing approximately 16 cent total greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions caused by systems Europe. We also find production, such as excessive disposal meat, nearly 20 carbon footprint FWL scale. Based analysing available data, we investigated factors frequency agri‐food industry which vary terms country's or region's economic position. ABSTRACT Under the global Sustainable Development Goals initiative, pursuit of well‐being is gradually shifting from wealth to sustainable development. Re‐examining contribution regional economic, ecological, and social development common creation well‐being, analyzing their deep connections, will help us understand multidimensional concepts processes development, provide ideas for further promoting construction a more equitable world. China moving comprehensive prosperity prosperity, continuous improvement provides effective samples our research. This study focuses on 46 counties in Qinba Mountains Areas constructs coupled performance indicator system mountain villages. The Super SBM model used evaluate matching input output factors, with Economic capital, Ecological Social capital as explanatory variables Happiness Index expected output. Research has found that: (1) There mismatch between factors Mountain Areas, management techniques are key factor hindering coupling level Areas; (2) happiness showing downward trend, only adjusting input–output relationship by about 1.02% can achieve optimization growth level; (3) significant shortage 87% experiencing insufficient economic 76% arable land, 41% capital. In order solve above problems, it necessary strengthen integration counties, respectively. Continuously promote investment economy, such logistics, industry, consumption, public services, upgrade economy. Strict use land structure, implementation protection policies. This systematic review evaluates China’s Rural Revitalization Policy, focusing on sustainable agriculture, food security, and poverty alleviation initiatives from 2010 to 2024. The study addresses critical gaps in understanding how these combined efforts impact long-term security ecological sustainability impoverished areas, moving beyond the short-term outcomes often emphasized existing literature. Following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, we reviewed 33 peer-reviewed publications Web of Science Scopus databases, employing bibliometric analyses RStudio assess citation patterns, collaboration networks, thematic evolution. Our analysis reveals significant progress across three interconnected domains. First, achieved a 12.3% reduction rural through integrated agricultural modernization targeted support programs. Second, productivity increased by 9.8% technological integration farming practices, strengthening outcomes. Third, environmental improved notably, with 15.7% increase clean water access, demonstrating successful balance between economic growth protection. China emerged as largest contributor (15.2%) research this field, substantial international (42.4% involving cross-border co-authorship). Despite achievements, regional disparities persist, particularly eastern western regions, where interventions are needed. findings highlight need for regionally tailored approaches: regions require focus intensification, fundamental infrastructure development, central would benefit strengthened urban–rural linkages. provides valuable insights policymakers researchers working development while identifying areas requiring further research, assessments climate resilience strategies.

Abstract In the context of rural revitalization, accelerating digital transformation finance is great value in improving financial management system and promoting construction villages. However, constrained by current situation development other factors, facing many difficulties. For this reason, paper combines cloud computing, mobile Internet, technologies to propose a village-level platform design program based on finance. The overall framework main functions are designed cover funds, assets, resources “three capitals” through unified accounting management, standardize simplify business processes, reduce cost difficulty informatization, improve level grass-roots informatization governance. Complex network theory introduced model calculate its structural eigenvalues, so as evaluate credibility platform. By analyzing case City Z, it found that trustworthiness region 8.65, which “high (H)”/”good (G)” level. This model’s application significantly enhances speed accuracy information transmission, provides more reliable timely data support for decision-making budgeting organizations.
