The aim of the research is to reveal effect inclusive leadership be-haviors on engagament employees work. was con-ducted with participation 348 teachers working in field special education. Leadership has an different dynamics at both organiza-tional and individual levels. Especially when positive or negative multi-level effects created by approach are considered, impor-tance this situation education increases conside-rably. In organizations where management adop-ted, high job satisfaction, organizational commitment, tendency exhibit citizenship behaviors some effects. addition, not adopted, stress, burnout, absenteeism experienced among factors. context, order increase observa-bility effects, points out need for diversity approach. An inclusi-ve important terms retaining qualified emp-loyees field, encouraging them sincere, courteous, genuine selfless behaviors, keeping their morale motivation high. Although creativity is an important domain of performance in turbulent environments, little research has examined through which underlying mediating mechanism and when HR practices are effective facilitating creative task performance. Building on the conservation resources theory, we aimed to (1) investigate whether opportunity-enhancing were positively linked employee work engagement (2) examine roles two new boundary conditions (i.e. proactive personality autonomy) these relationships. To test our predictions, a sample 282 Dutch employees was surveyed using three-wave lagged survey design. The findings obtained from regression-based path analyses demonstrated that, as expected, served mediator between creativity.
