Purpose - Artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming the digital creative industry, becoming a key force in industrial upgrading through technology integration, innovation drive and productivity improvement. Methods- This study uses variety of methods, including literature review, questionnaire survey, in-depth interview data analysis, to systematically examine application effect AI industry. The structural equation model used verify hypothesized relationship, role promoting development results catalysis are comprehensively analyzed. Research results- research that importantly promotes technological inside improves general overall performance path coefficient incredibly substantial, fit good, which verifies effective position integration development. not only competitiveness but also provides robust support for personalization excessive quality products. Originality- paper demonstrates remarkable originality theoretical framework construction, empirical exploration practical challenges this deeply analyzes multiple mechanisms providing new ideas specific quantitative evidence related fields. This paper examines the role of policy in China's digital and green (twin) transition, building on a qualitative study large corpus documents domains. We analyse multi-level governance these transitions for three regional case studies: Shanghai, Wuhan Hangzhou. find that regions both adopt adjust aims means differently from national policy. A twin transition is not comprehensively addressed at level, but partially implemented regions. Based our findings, we develop typology sketching top-down implementation strategies.
