Purpose This study aims to identify current trends in flourishing-at-work (FAW) research, highlight significant gaps the literature and guide future research directions this important area. Design/methodology/approach adopts a framework-based systematic review (SLR) approach, focusing on established theories, contexts methods antecedents, decisions outcomes framework. The utilization of Web Science Scopus databases ensures inclusion high-quality, peer-reviewed articles, adhering Scientific Procedures Rationales for Systematic Literature Reviews Findings found FAW. summarized are reported using Miles taxonomy gaps. Practical implications Organizations can enhance employee well-being by addressing identified gaps, implementing tailored practices fostering supportive cultures.
