The aim of the study is to provide relationship between Technology Acceptance model (TAM) and adoption FinTech (Financial Technology). highlights difficulties encountered when using in Italian banks explores factors TAM impacting FinTech. Structured Equation Modelling (SEM) methodology has been adopted check effect on sample size was 300 collected from those controlled by Central European. findings suggest that Perceived Usefulness Brand image are not statistically significant with adopting services banking industry (p>0.05). At same time, Employee Trust, Risk, Government support, Innovativeness (p<0.05). originality this it very important for employees which strategy industry, because can also lead a slow transition gradual efficiency.

This study investigates the impact of green human resource management (GHRM) practices on organizational resilience (OR) and sustainability (ORS) in Pakistan’s banking sector, with a focus mediating moderating roles learning (ORL), respectively. Utilizing cross-sectional, quantitative research design data analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), findings confirm that core GHRM practices, including recruitment, training, compensation, performance appraisal, employee involvement, significantly enhancing adaptability pro-environmental behavior. OR is shown to strongly contribute ORS, underscoring as foundational element for sustainable performance. Additionally, ORL amplifies GHRM’s positive OR, revealing culture further strengthens benefits GHRM. enriches literature by elucidating synergistic fostering sustainability, offers practical insights HR managers aiming integrate into strategic frameworks. The emphasize critical role bolstering adapting environmental challenges emerging markets.

This study aims to evaluate and test the impact of knowledge, trust, unity, self-efficacy on knowledge management employees in Indonesian businesses education sector. empirical also examines relationship between among sector conformity through self-efficacy, unity. A quantitative causality technique was employed using a sample workers from companies involved (at least 35 years old engaged). The primary data consisted 220 replies respondents with varying educational backgrounds. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling software used analyze data. Likert scale is determine each answer’s value. Empirical evidence shows that does not affect these (T Statistics = 0.992); other hand, influences conformity, harmony, confidence, which turn affects companies. indirect effect demonstrates agreement can moderate influence 5,959); conversely, mediates strong trust businesses. results show need have high level for diverse expertise function well. Conversely, will make people more eager share their information. Lack confidence might impede dissemination knowledge.
