This
study
investigates
the
impact
of
green
human
resource
management
(GHRM)
practices
on
organizational
resilience
(OR)
and
sustainability
(ORS)
in
Pakistan’s
banking
sector,
with
a
focus
mediating
moderating
roles
learning
(ORL),
respectively.
Utilizing
cross-sectional,
quantitative
research
design
data
analyzed
through
Partial
Least
Squares
Structural
Equation
Modeling
(PLS-SEM),
findings
confirm
that
core
GHRM
practices,
including
recruitment,
training,
compensation,
performance
appraisal,
employee
involvement,
significantly
enhancing
adaptability
pro-environmental
behavior.
OR
is
shown
to
strongly
contribute
ORS,
underscoring
as
foundational
element
for
sustainable
performance.
Additionally,
ORL
amplifies
GHRM’s
positive
OR,
revealing
culture
further
strengthens
benefits
GHRM.
enriches
literature
by
elucidating
synergistic
fostering
sustainability,
offers
practical
insights
HR
managers
aiming
integrate
into
strategic
frameworks.
