Construction
work
is

COVID-19
pandemic
has

reality.

research
conducted
a
detailed
investigation
on
perceived
stressors

workers.

This
study
features
the
development
of
a
framework
to
identify
drivers
towards
increasing
adoption
modular
integrated
construction
(MiC)
methods
for
affordable
sustainable
housing

construction
(VMC)
