Work-life balance is crucial for the well-being and job satisfaction of female teachers in higher educational institutions. Female faculty members face unique challenges managing academic personal responsibilities. This study aims to explore antecedents outcomes work-life among institutions India. A quantitative was conducted using a questionnaire method via SMART-PLS software. The surveyed 1,384 women teaching at universities, first-grade colleges, business schools, with respondents aged between 25 65 years, up 20 years experience, holding qualifications either master’s (71.63%) or Ph.D. degree (28.37%). These findings illustrate that supervisor support (β = 0.366) high-commitment work system 0.308) positively impact balance. organizational strategies insignificant. Purpose The purpose of this study is to explore the ways in which work practices promote work-life balance when family time available (as a spillover effect from personal life) and how differently they affect men women. Design/methodology/approach A quantitative longitudinal approach taken based on data large database made up 71,758 workers 36 European countries, collected 2021 by Working Conditions Survey. After preliminary analysis (including exploratory confirmatory factorial analysis), partial least square method was used test hypothesis conceptual model. Findings results reveal that some (autonomy confidence at work) positively balance. for domestic care affects balance, more relevant women than men. Practical implications These are important organizations wish not only family-friendly but also above all gender-friendly practices. Introduction/Objective: this paper examines the influence of personal and social ethics, innovative behaviour, business training, corporate responsibility (CSR) on workplace happiness. By exploring how these interconnected variables shape well-being in professional settings extend into life, research contributes to broader understanding happiness management within organisations. Methodology: a quantitative approach was adopted, utilising covariance-based structural equation modelling (CB-SEM). The study analysed sample 323 employees from industrial sector Baja California, Mexico. Data were collected using validated scales measure CSR, happiness, methodology included exploratory factor analysis (EFA) (SEM) evaluate relationships between variables. Purpose The purpose of the study is to investigate influence training and development work–life balance on employee engagement job performance at private banks in Bangladesh. This also investigates indirect through mediating role engagement. Design/methodology/approach present used a self-administered survey questionnaire collect data from bank staff who had been working existing for more than one year. In this study, 450 questionnaires were distributed respondents received 346 useful responses (76.88% response rate). SmartPLS 4 software was determine reliability validity constructs. test hypothesised path coefficients via Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Findings findings indicate that both significantly banks. indirectly Practical implications suggests various practical implications.
