Purpose The main objective of this study is to identify the variables influencing consumers' perceptions sustainable purchasing intentions and effects such have on actual behavior. This paper aims develop an understanding postmillennial generation's consumption products. Design/methodology/approach A structured questionnaire was used collect data for quantitative analysis. It involved sampling a total 251 respondents, which were postmillennials belonging twin cities Pakistan. series tests applied through Smart PLS4 all variables, including descriptive statistics structural equation modeling. Findings results revealed that there significant relationship social value electronic word mouth with digital media usage (DMU).
