In an era marked by rapid organizational change and shifting employee expectations, understanding the factors that influence retention is critical. this context, study explores impact of experience dimensions—physical experience, technical cultural digital social experience—on in Algeria. A paper questionnaire was distributed to a convenience sample 122 respondents from various organizations.
