Objectives: This study examines the impact of gamification in Human Resource Management (HRM) on employee resilience and work engagement within Saudi Arabian workforce. It aims to explore how gamified HR practices—such as goal-setting, rewards, feedback mechanisms—enhance foster long-term engagement.
