Purpose
This
paper
aims
to
examine
the
longitudinal
relationships
between
intensity
of
remote
work
(IRW)
and
job
performance
(JP)
with
mediation
effect
work–life
balance
(WLB)
moderation
by

three-wave
survey,

pre-pandemic
period,
pandemic

post-pandemic

Purpose
This
study
aimed
to
explore
various
effects
of
remote
work
on
employee
job
satisfaction,
engagement
and
aspects
individual
performance,
namely
task
contextual
performance
counterproductive
behaviour,

the
banking
sector.

survey-based
quantitative
approach.

BACKGROUND:
The
COVID-19
pandemic
has
sparked
increased
interest
in
telework
as
a
means
of
reducing
the
spread
virus
and
maintaining
social
distance.
OBJECTIVE:
This
study
aims
to
generate
bibliometric
analysis
research
progress
trends
over
past
20
years.
METHOD:
A
search
key
terms
was
conducted

Expanded,
Arts
Humanities
categories
for
documents
published
on
