Purpose – Various challenges faced by non-academic personnel in Nigerian institutions, such as a lack of team spirit, inadequate salary, insufficient staff development programs, poor infrastructure, strike actions, insecurity, subpar health insurance, and limited career progression, prompted an examination their effect on performance at the University Ilorin. Aims(s) This research aimed to investigate influence compensation structure, development, spirit staff's performance. Design/methodology/approach With population 1,600 sample size 320, established Taro Yamane's calculation, study used descriptive approach. A questionnaire was for data collection, Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS) program basic regression analysis. Findings The results showed that public institutions were positively significantly impacted growth, spirit. successfully determined impact trade unionism employee performance, emphasizing positive effects sound wage strong advancement. Limitations fact are context-specific represents major limitation. Originality/value suggested should prioritize assess along with enhancing personnel's remuneration packages. Furthermore, advancement identified key factor influencing importance providing opportunities professional growth promotion motivate employees excel contribute institution's success.

Stress altruistically disrupts employee productivity in private educational institutions, and there is an observed association between knowledge hiding stress factors among employees despite the remedial role of servant leadership. Purpose This study examines how street food affects urban culture, economics and sustainable tourism. It stands, as a cultural economic phenomenon, influence consumer behaviour local traditions, particularly in Oman’s evolving scene. Purpose This research aims to improve the competence of task force vocational higher education study programs in preparing a proposal for Vocational Higher Education Strengthening Program-Private University (VHESP-PU) Independent Campus Program. Design/methodology/approach type is R&D by applying ADDIE model procedures. The subjects were 30 lecturers assigned as program forces from 15 private universities North Sumatra. techniques collect data are tests and questionnaires. Data analysis use quantitative descriptive statistics. Findings application Model was proven effective achieving training objectives based on mean comparison between pre-test post-test, showing an increase. maximum score achieved participants also increased 9.52% 84 92. Participants' evaluation implementation dominant “Good” “Very Good” categories. learning achievements that have obtained will help prepare higher-quality VHESP-PU proposals each fiscal year optimize sustainability.
