Purpose This study investigates the influences of socioeconomic, familial and personal, cultural, organizational technological factors on succession planning within family businesses (FBs). It aims to untangle complex web these weave together, shedding light their collective impact seamless leadership transition from generation generation. Graphical abstract Purpose This study aims to investigate different traits of generative pre-trained transformer (GPT) in information technology (IT) students’ enhancement coding skills within Jordanian undergraduate education. These characteristics are perceived customization, simulations, usefulness, ease use, risks and complexity. Design/methodology/approach Using a quantitative research design, this analyzes data from survey IT students interacting with GPT-based tools simulations (Three filtration steps). Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used assess the relationships between GPT attributes skill outcomes, providing robust examination theoretical models proposed. Findings The findings reveal that generated use usefulness significantly positively affect (CSE). In contrast, complexity found negatively impact these outcomes. Integrating creativity and artificial intelligence capability in entrepreneurial ventures

Navigating ChatGPT: catalyst or challenge for Indonesian youth in digital entrepreneurship?

Purpose This study aims to explore both the drivers (performance expectancy and perceived usefulness of ChatGPT) barrier (effort expectancy) that Indonesian youth encounter when adopting generative AI technology, such as ChatGPT, they pursue digital entrepreneurship. Some managed to survive, while others drowned in the epidemic swamp. This study offers an exceptional model fill gap. The e-entrepreneurial intentions of Jordanian business students to start an online business in emerging economies: an application of planned behavior theory

Purpose The purpose of this study is to assess the correlations between e-entrepreneurial intentions, attitude toward e-entrepreneurship, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, risk and entrepreneurial knowledge Jordanian business students start an online intention. Design/methodology/approach A sample 392 undergraduate from different public private universities participated in study. Data were collected using survey-based questionnaire (i.e. Google Forms) emails social media platforms WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.); reliability validity tests ensured.
