Currently, technological innovations have emerged at a rapid rate of growth, covering various sectors such as health, food, the economy, and financial sector. The rapid development of the Internet Vehicles using centralized systems faces significant challenges, including reliability and security vulnerabilities high latency. This paper introduces a blockchain-enabled authentication communication network for scalable IoV to enhance security, reduce latency, relieve dependency on infrastructures. applies domain name services mutual fault tolerance consensus, such as PBFT RAFT, featuring primary layer road side units edge servers inter-vehicle sub-layer within each vehicle intra-vehicle communication. study evaluates various scenarios assesses roadside unit availability based random distribution along routes. also discusses legal issues involved in proposed model, highlighting that system should be governed by contract-based decentralized comprising both smart contracts traditional contracts. model offers novel approach developing decentralized, secure, efficient, ethical ecosystem, advancing autonomous reliable vehicular networks.
