This study aims at developing mechanisms to understand the phenomenon of unethical pro-organisational behaviour (UPB) under goal theory.This overview on UPB has several implications for a better understanding in general context and offers base future potentially more effective management strategies by which curtail workplace.The methodology used this research is systematic literature review, refers information from various databases that assist with analysis theories their relationship UPB.Major findings review established an outcome managerial practices intensification organizational goals.It identifies goal-setting achievements might promote emergence form goals practices.Some existing theories, like achievement were analyzed realize contribution triggering UPB.Future researchers could develop test interventions address identified goal-related factors reduce risk UPB.Organizations can, therefore, ethical actions and, same time, achieve desired performance results taking holistic approach toward management.
