The current study examined how a diversity climate promotes employees’ extra-role performance and the roles of workplace belongingness thriving at work mediate this effect. Furthermore, investigated sequential mediation effect in aforesaid relationship. This also tested leaders’ positive affective presence as moderator on performance. incorporated self-determination theory to forge theoretical connections. As result, three-wave survey consisting 349 employees revealed support that has impact performance, both directly indirectly, through work. Meanwhile, strengthens climate’s influence belongingness. Our findings supported all proposed hypotheses. Finally, discusses practical contributions results.

Purpose The goal of this research is to examine the influence digital leadership (DL) on adaptive capacity (ADC) small- and medium-sized family businesses (SMFBs). Moreover, study investigates mediating microfoundations dynamic capabilities represented by sensing capability (SC) organizational agility (OA), both parallelly sequentially. Design/methodology/approach Drawing view (DCV) supporting empirical evidence, a conceptual framework developed along with set hypotheses. Using survey data collected from 263 SMFBs in Oman, hypotheses are tested using structural equation modeling through partial least square-structural (PLS-SEM). Findings analysis reveals that DL positively influences ADC, SC OA. Additionally, OA mediate link between ADC. Finally, act as sequential mediators relationship ADC among SMFBs. Practical implications For practitioners, critical role strengthening Family business leaders may consider evidence invest development programs enhance competencies, enabling better agility.
